From the moment we stopped out of our taxi, to the time we checked out, we were well taken care of! They honored our gold elite status and kindly upgraded us to a corner ocean-front room. Amazing balcony views!!! Everyone was friendly, professional and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and that our stay was memorable. The beds are plush, the rooms were immaculately cleaned and re-stocked daily. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful. We also LOVED the bathroom, especially the rainfall shower with a hand-held wand, much-needed after the beach. The service at the pool and beach was great and the attendants were attentive. The food was delicious (Casa Nonna, in-room dining and beach & pool food) and the drinks were tasty & strong. The worst part of our stay was leaving!!! It was incredible and it was the honeymoon we dreamed of. We would return in a heartbeat.

The hotel is very nice and only a few years old. The views of the ocean from our 7th floor room was incredible. The reef and color of the water is phenomenal. The service is top notch. The beach chairs could be more comfortable. The food is very good. The gym is well equipped and new machines. The pool is small for this size resort. Overall it was awesome. The only drawback and this is not on the hotel Is that some of the local restaurants are closed in September.

New property 2 years young. Great room, amazing beach, very good food, excellent service from EVERYONE. Our favorite was LaToya who was at breakfast every morning at Coralli near the beach. Oceanfront deluxe king room 5th floor with balcony was excellent! Beds and linens super comfy. Separate adult pool with a really cool modern design. We had lunch at the bar near the beach twice and was really good. Fish tacos and Mahi sandwich. The sushi at Noori was fantastic. It is just the bar near the lobby. The gym was sufficient but should have been larger and more equipment…so sub par for a new property honestly. So that was my only complaint. Free yoga on the lawn in the mornings was a nice touch however. Drinks and food are very expensive but not more than anticipated for a Ritz. There are several cool places for food within walking distance off property also.
