It is excellent no matter how you look at it, the cleanliness, the services, the attention. There are actually 21 restaurants and they are excellent in the variety of all types of food, the delicious food, the swimming pools, the huge complex for the kids, water sports, from kayak, paddle boat, etc., all included, The beach is truly heavenly, I highly recommend it, we will return, thank you all very much for serving us with so much good energy!!! I'm going to be frank, two days after arriving at the hotel I had written a WASTELESS review. As the days of our vacation passed, we realized that the hotel has internal differences and that you have to know how to select them to maximize your stay. The hotel has an excellent infrastructure (large rooms, incredible pools, water park and other amenities), the beach is divine (white sand that never burns your feet and turquoise waters WITHOUT SARGASS!!) and the water sports included are worth it . What we noticed is that the gastronomic offer is better in the new sectors of the hotel (Italian Villa and Key West which are free access) as well as the service from both the front desk and restaurant staff, beach and so on, but in general this is quite…

The beach is amazing! White sand, transparent sea, perfect temperature! Many options to enjoy with the family. The hotel is very comfortable, the room we had was spacious. The attention of the locals did not seem so good to us. In short, an incredible place to rest and have fun with the family.
