Highlight the kindness of the staff, beautiful facilities...I have to comment on 2 things, we were going on our honeymoon, the agency told us that we would have some amenities upon arrival for this reason, it was not like that, we just presented the marriage certificate arrived and every day we complained they told us now they are going and we never had it, this seemed like a joke to me, the next thing is that we found cockroaches in the room on 2 different days, I'm terrified of them, I called and they told me they were sending to fumigation, but I'm not sure if they did it since it is the same as the amenities, the rest is correct

Our 3-year-old girl enjoyed every pool and slide in Tulum and we also had time to take advantage of the Coba park (the truly unbeatable Grand Tulum) a thousand thanks to the kids from the Kids Club who allowed us to see the facilities even when our girl was not enough the minimum of esad, the extremely fun talent show! We stayed in villa 8 and every time we returned the room was perfectly clean, a thousand thanks to all the ladies in charge of it The only "medium" level point is the climate of the restaurants, apart from there everything was a great experience
