Definitely the best AMR Resorts hotel we have stayed at. The service attitude of the staff, the quality and variety of food, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The comfort of beds and pillows. Truly on another level.

The hotel stands out for its excellent facilities and the beach is kept in impeccable condition. The breakfast is of a high quality, and although there is only one restaurant option, you do not experience a feeling of saturation. For meals, we especially recommend the World Café due to the varied selection of food, and for dinner, the specialty restaurants offer exceptional quality, with no need to wait for a table. However, it is necessary to point out that cleaning needs to be improved, since on several occasions we found empty glasses in the hallways that remained there for hours without being picked up by the cleaning staff. On the beach, lounge chairs were observed that were not working and were not properly marked or removed from the area. Regarding my reservation, I had requested a "Junior Suite with Ocean View"; However, unfortunately, you cannot see the sea from any of the rooms, as the hotel's palm trees almost completely block the sea view. The hotel staff is characterized by their attention and kindness. At no time did we experience any distinction being made between foreign and national guests.

I had been to other Secrets Resorts before, but Secrets Maroma left me pleasantly surprised. The attention of the staff is noticeable, we had a concierge in our preferred room area, who was attentive and helpful at all times. The foods were of a higher level than other Secrets. All the restaurants are delicious, the buffet is very rich, the option you choose, everything is of very good quality. Highly recommended and of course I will return on another vacation.
