My husband and I visited the Agave Mexican restaurant at the Royalton Riviera Hotel in Cancun and they treated us like a prince. Mr. Honorio and Mr. Miguel are very attentive, kind and very professional people in their work. We were very happy with their services, the Food was delicious.

Excellent customer service from Ariana at Expedia physically at the hotel. There was an error in the reservation in the system, and despite the slowness to resolve, Ariana was quite patient and was in contact with many people to be able to provide a solution from the hotel. It felt like a VIP treatment, because Cairo, her partner, also got involved and we were able to do a quick check-in. The hotel facilities are very well maintained; The Hideaway part had a part under construction, however it was never a bother. A lot of variety in general about the food; the steakhouse 9/10 although they didn't have much of a wine option. The beach area is not the best, however the attention, service and quality makes up for it.
