Excellent hotel service, good food although it can be improved. Good drinks. Rooms very comfortable and excellent room service. The animation team strives to give good entertainment to the public. Especially Milagros Rojas with her very good attitude.

The hotel is great, it has all the amenities. The room was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. What I liked most were all the animations that are in the hotel, the guys are a charm and especially Wilson, he made us feel very good and thanks to him we had a very fun stay.
