The hotel in general is very good. The facilities are new and spacious. The staff's attention is top of the line, all very friendly and attentive at all times. The meals were excellent, all the ones we tried were very tasty. The negative: 1) the logistics of the restaurants, there are only 3 and they were always full and you had to get on a waiting list which always took between 45 minutes and 1 and a half hours. That should be improved a lot. 2) the exclusive SHE restaurant that costs 120 USD per entrance, in my experience it is not worth it. Very expensive and does not match what is advertised. The stay time is a maximum of 1 hour, and you only see between 4 and 5 shows of 5 minutes, where the shows are only artistic/sensual. There are no nudity.

The hotel has all the comforts to feel like a prince, the attention is personalized, the hotel staff is very friendly, Joel is fantastic, the shows are spectacular, the room service is fantastic, the toiletries are very complete from dental kit, razor blades , fantastic bar service

It was a nice experience, not what I expected. But the staff could make up for it, the service was excellent, the rooms were clean and spacious, especially the restaurants. I liked the meat restaurant, my favorite, and also how to forget the service of my waitresses at the bar that is in the lobby. Special mention for Aunt Paola, Madeline. 42 thank you girls for your kindness and divine smile also to faylin and joel from the pool bar.
