I was lucky enough to travel here in early May with a friend. It was perfection! The property is very clean. ALL staff are very friendly, kind, helpful and work hard to make sure guests have a pleasant experience. The bed was comfortable! The beach was beautiful. The food was good. It's mainly buffet, but there were plenty of options for our short 4 day visit. I hope to return and bring my family.

This place is amazing, not one bad experience during my 5 day stay. Friendly staff beautiful clean rooms, overall nice property. Special shout out to the Concierge Manager Sheneka King. Her warm welcome reflects the spirit of the island. She made sure I was having fun and booked the right excursions. She provided me with the best customer service ever. This place is a 10 out of 10 recommended.

Overall we would book this resort again. Rooms were very nice compared to other resorts we have stayed on Grand Bahama Island. Keep in mind they may not be to standards at more high end resorts but they work hard to provide a nice comfortable stay with clean rooms and functional amenities. Hotel Staff know that customer service is important and the majority are kind and courteous. We came away with many employees regarded as friends. Beach and pools are great while food was OK and not what one might expect from a major resort except, that you are in the Bahamas and not the US mainland. The resort prices are comparable for the island with alcohol and food included. Keep in mind the island is still recovering from Hurricane Dorian and the pandemic. There is not a lot to do but that is fine with us as we enjoy peaceful days in the sun and surf with evenings under the stars. You get plenty of both in the Bahamas.
