My husband and I stayed for a week, from the moment of arrival all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The porters, the bar staff, Manuel the pool bartender, Johnny, José who always left me flowers on my pool seat, Felix, Juan Jose, the waiters at all the restaurants, Pedro from entertainment who every day and night It made us enjoy the best of this place and our last moment was assisted by Angélica at Love Bar. Thank you all for making us have the best time!!!!

Excellent experience. I would have nothing to point out that was not praise, 4 years ago we were in Punta Cana and it was a 2-star experience but now by deciding to return and choosing the Sanctuary we have a 5*** to return, we thank you. We were two couples of friends and we had an unbeatable stay (it would only be better to stay longer hahaha). We had a pleasant time at all times, the entertainment guys are an A* Sweet Caroline and Yefri, loving people concerned that everyone was having a memorable time (the others were very good too) The food is a total success in all the restaurants. We had the pleasure of being served by a very charismatic Cairo, Paola, Yaneris, Alexander, these guys go out of their way to make you feel super cared for on vacation. In all the bars and pools, the attention was personalized because the guys worked hard and gave their best smile in each service. In the lobby, the sweet and charismatic Anneris gives you an espresso that she makes you pass by every day. In the lobby, the guys at the door are attentive to cover your taxi and transportation needs. The spa was beautiful and everyone was very very nice. The beautiful and well-kept facilities in decoration and comfort for the enjoyment of a well-deserved and successful rest. The very successful, considerate housekeeping girl. I am very grateful to everyone because they do their work with a lot of love and you feel very comfortable in this hotel. I recommend it 100% if you only think about having good service, good food and good treatment this is the right place Enjoying an excellent place. I would love to return.
