Perfect Hotel to rest and relax. Excellent food and 1A drinks, of course they could have more variety but the drinks are very good compared to those usually offered in Punta Cana hotels. (-): Very long check-in, the wait is too long; a la carte restaurants are crowded and the wait is too long, I didn't like that in the Italian restaurant when we went there were seats available and anyway you had to wait, in addition to the fact that the food took forever. (+): Good food, variety and quality, food at all hours although there is no snack (they have room services 24 hours a day). Quality drinks in all bars and modern, clean facilities and very friendly and helpful staff

We had a very pleasant experience at the hotel. It was our honeymoon and we had exquisite treatment, all the staff were super attentive. Jesús, the guy at the reception who is in charge of checking in and checking out, treated us like royalty, Sandro our room butler is an excellent person, always attentive to us and concerned that we had a good time. Francisco from the concierge area helped us from the moment he met us and made sure we had a unique and pleasant experience.
